What We Are

Cyberwolves Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian AI automation lab. We build autonomous systems — AI sales agents, intelligent process automation, workflow orchestration engines, data pipelines, and AI-native platforms. We don't consult. We don't advise. We build systems that replace manual work and run independently at scale.

Why We Exist

We started as operators — running a sales network of 500+ agents, managing 7-figure annual advertising budgets, and processing thousands of WhatsApp conversations daily. We weren't a tech company. We were a business that hit the ceiling of what humans could handle.

So we started building. First, AI agents that could handle WhatsApp sales conversations autonomously. Then, browser automation that could process orders faster than any human. Then workflow engines that connected everything end-to-end. Each system was built to solve a real bottleneck we hit at scale. Now we build these systems for others.

Hybrid Intelligence

We believe the future isn't pure AI or pure automation — it's hybrid systems where deterministic code handles the structure and AI handles the judgment. A form-filling bot should be 100% deterministic. A sales conversation should be 100% AI. The art is knowing where each belongs. That philosophy runs through everything we build.

How We Think About the Future

We design systems 5–15 years ahead of market trends. When we built WhatsApp AI sales agents, most businesses were still using auto-reply bots. When we started engineering for AI Engine Optimization (AEO), most agencies were still optimising for Google. When we built referral infrastructure powered by AI, the industry was still running commission spreadsheets.

We're not early because we like risk. We're early because the systems we build take time to mature — and by the time the market catches up, ours are already battle-tested.

We're based in Selangor, Malaysia. Our systems are built with Malaysian market DNA — local payment gateways, PDPA compliance, trilingual AI (English, Malay, Chinese), and WhatsApp-first architecture. But our platforms are designed to scale across Southeast Asia and beyond.
